Lavender & Lace Hastings Bed & Breakfast is a superb example of an XVIth-century, timber-framed, oak-beamed town house. Situated in the heart of Hastings Old Town, with its cosmopolitan flavour, antique shops, wine bars, bistros and varied restaurants. Just 300 yards from the beach, fishing huts and country park.
Your hosts, Paul & Tina Sargent, will offer you a warm welcome at this cosy old world guest house. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, either en-suite or private bathroom for your use only. All rooms have a colour TV with DVD and include tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes, hair dryers, radio alarms and complementary luxury toiletries for your use. WIFI broadband access is available throughout. In addition we also have a DVD library for guests to select from.
We offer an extensive breakfast menu, which includes English, Continental and vegetarian options, with a selection of fruit, home made yoghurt and preserves. This is served in our heavily timbered guest dining room, which also serves as a guest lounge where you can sit and read the paper or simply browse through our local books and tourist guides.
We welcome cyclists and offer secure overnight storage for your cycles.
Cycles can be hired locally from Hastings Cycles, St. Andrews Market, 01424 444013. Click on the cycle picture opposite to go to their website.
This is a no smoking Bed & Breakfast.
