Lavender & Lace Hastings B&B; is a superb example of a XVIth-century, timber-framed, oak-beamed town house. Situated in the heart of Hastings Old Town, with its cosmopolitan flavour, antique shops, wine bars, bistros and varied restaurants. Just 300 yards from the beach, fishing huts and country park.

Your hosts, Paul & Tina Sargent, offer a warm welcome at this cosy old world guest house. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, either en-suite or private bathroom. All rooms have a colour TV with DVD or video and include tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes, hair dryers, radio alarms and complementary luxury toiletries for your use. In addition, the en-suite bedroom has broadband internet access.

We offer an extensive breakfast menu, which includes English, Continental and vegetarian options. This is served in our heavily timbered guest dining room, which also serves as a guest lounge where you can sit and read the paper or simply browse through our local books and tourist guides.

This is a no smoking guest house.
