TERMS & CONDITIONS
OPEN - All year round.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION - To guarantee your booking we ask for a deposit which we will confirm
has been received, if requested, by letter, e-mail, fax or phone.
DEPOSITS - £30 per room, per night.
METHOD OF PAYMENT - Deposits by cheque providing your stay is booked more than a week in advance, remainder of bill by cash.
CANCELLATIONS - In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the room. If however this is not possible, the deposit will be non-refundable. If this is a concern we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel arrangements, all monies will be returned to you in full. We accept no further liability.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES - Please let us know if you wish to arrive before 4pm to ensure someone is here to greet you. Rooms to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.
CHILDREN - We are happy to accept children over the age of 10.
PETS - Sorry, we are unable to cater for pets.
WE ARE A NO SMOKING HOUSEHOLD
