TERMS & CONDITIONS
OPEN - All year round.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION - To guarantee your booking we ask for a deposit which we will confirm
has been received, if requested, by letter, e-mail or phone.
DEPOSIT - £30 per room, per night. For multiple room bookings a 50% deposit may be asked for.
METHOD OF PAYMENT - Deposits by cheque providing your stay is booked more than a week in advance, remainder of bill by cash.
CANCELLATIONS - All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of your stay in order to recieve a refund of your deposit. In the event of cancellation, 2 - 7 days in advance of a booking, every effort will be made to re-let the room. If however this is not possible, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellation within 48 hours the total amount may be payable. If this is a concern we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel arrangements, all monies will be returned to you in full. We accept no further liability.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES - Please let us know if you wish to arrive before 4pm to ensure someone is here to greet you. Latest check in 22:00, unless by prior arrangement. Rooms to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.
CHILDREN - We are happy to accept children aged 12 and over.
PETS - Sorry, we are unable to cater for pets.
